
Ky-mani has been gaining popularity through his untitled third album. In February of 1976 Ky-mani was conceived to the legendary Robert Nesta Marley and Jamaican T.A. Ky-mani played the role of Kassa In One Love. It's a captivating romance about the conscious reggae musician who is able to escape the slums of his life and realizes his world has changed after falling in love with an innocent girl in church. This film, yet to see theaters, received praise from critics and film festivals as well. Additionally, Ky-Mani has finished the feature film Haven which stars Bill Paxton and Orlando Bloom, Directed by Frank Flowers. Haven was shown at Toronto International Film Festival. The Toronto International Film Festival Haven was the first film to be screened. He will take you back to an older generation from the reggae revival. The message he conveys is "one heart. One love.
