Emma Rose Kenney is an American actress from America. She's played Deborah "Debbie" Gallagher in the show Shameless, a role she has played from until 2021. She also played Harris Conner-Healy, in the tenth season of the family sitcom Roseanne along with its spin-off continuation The Conners. Kenney is a New York City resident born in 1999. Kevin Kenney and Gillian Kenney are her parents. Kevin Kenney was a journalist for Fox Sports and formerly worked for the New York Post. Emma Kenney shares the same birthplace as Emmy Rossum, her Shameless costar. Kenney (19) was born in Manhattan and she plays Debbie, the sassy child on Showtime's Shameless. Although she was born in Manhattan, the actress was able to spend the bulk of her childhood years living in Garden State. Kenney is also famous for her role as Darlene Gilbert's daughter, Harris and was a part of The Roseanne revival.
